Intelligent or Wiser?

Some people say,


You can tell whether a man is INTELLIGENT by his ANSWERS.

but,
.
you can tell a man is WISE by his QUESTIONS.


So which one do you really  need?


An  Intelligent man or a Wise man?


The rules is, you cant have both. Need to choose only one.


Well, in that case i might need the one who is WISE.

    i pick 'wise' too...
    an intelligent man can be annoying [in my opinion] while a wise man should be wise enough not to annoy us.

    at times the so called intelligent can be irritating as well.
